Iced rose pistachio latte

Twinkle needed a mid-week pick-me-up and said "surprise me." Given the hype around Dubai chocolate, but also the lack of all the ingredients for said chocolate, I went with an iced rose pistachio latte.

Pistachios most certainly crushed with a mortar and pestle for max fancy. Full recipe coming once I measure it properly.
